Since the strength of a country does not only lie in the ability of government institutions to formulate policies and implement programmes, it also requires a strong government and community synergy.
In this regard, the Minister of Home Affairs said, the role of grassroots community leaders, non-governmental organisations, the private sector, and every member of society is very important whereby public safety is not the responsibility of one party alone. Social well-being is also not a burden solely borne by the government; on the contrary, both are a shared trust that requires collective commitment, a spirit of togetherness, and coordinated action by all levels of society.
